505kg Total in his first competition @ U83kg.

 

9/9 and not a single red light for a totally flawless performance. 

 

After watching his brother do well in his first comp with me a while back Dan wanted to get into the Powerlifting game leading to an 11 week prep for this competition.

 

When we started working together Dan had dropped a lot of bodyweight from around 90kg to 83kg and his lifts were quite a bit below his previous lifetime bests.

11 Weeks out he had roughly a 480kg Gym total but not to competition standard. So to get 505kg in that time frame was a great achievement. 

​

Our goal was to beat to his bests he hit at 90kg BW as an 83kg lifter, do it to comp standard and secure a 500kg total.

 

Every single goal we set, we achieved and I couldn’t have asked anymore from Dan throughout the process. 

 

The future is bright for him!
