Blair was a lifestyle athlete who worked with us for 6 months with the goals of increasing his strength on the big 3 lifts and transforming his physique.

When we started his best lifts were estimated at (having never maxed out before):

- 125kg Squat
​
- 95kg Bench
​
- 160kg Deadlift
​
After 6 months of working together we had achieved:
​
- 150kg Squat
​
- 110kg Bench
- 200kg Deadlift
​
Whilst achieving these strength goals we took him through his first muscle gaining phase and then dieting phase which led to his amazing transformation.
​
Blair had no aspirations to compete but through training like a Powerlifter, nutritional guidance and lifestyle accountability he made an amazing change which has made him far more confident both in and out of the gym.
